Seabold Group is a women-owned consulting and investigation firm based in the Pacific Northwest. Founded in 1990 as Seabold Associates, our principals include former Assistant U.S. Attorney Kris Cappel and former IRS Special Agent Martha Norberg.

We specialize in conducting workplace investigations and civil and criminal litigation support. We also offer training in investigative processes and techniques. We have provided investigative services to more than 300 public- and private-sector clients. Among them: attorneys and leading law firms, Fortune 100 companies, publicly and privately held businesses, government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, charitable foundations, and private individuals. We typically work with in-house or outside counsel.

Seabold International Services LLC, dba Seabold Group, is licensed as a private investigative agency in the state of Washington, No. 995. Kris and Martha are licensed investigators in the state of Washington.
